Type of Event: Art Workshop
(English) Two workshops to introduce people to the printmaking process, exploring Cyanotypes with Sian Hughes and screen printing with Tara Dean.
The workshops will encourage all ages and abilities to discover and experiment with the idea of creating a collaborative collection of work designed around the shapes and patterns found in participants handwriting in response to their reflections of the seaside, using finds from the seaside as part of the celebration of the Year of the Sea in Wales.
The event is run by ConneXions - a group of volunteers passionate about the importance of bringing the older generation together to encourage a safe and friendly meeting place where creativity is promoted as a great benefit to all.
