Gwanwyn Dance Workshops at Venue Cymru, Llandudno

The award-winning National Dance Company Wales are coming to Venue Cymru and are offering a unique workshop opportunity to those over 50, as part of the Gwanwyn Festival's official 10th birthday celebrations.

We believe that dance can empower people and encourage anyone to express themselves with confidence. Movement and dance can provide opportunities for people of all abilities and experience-levels to try something new, have fun while moving and learn new skills.

The two hour workshop is led by NDCWales’ friendly and skilled professional company dancers and includes:

- A warm up session
- Developing and inspiring creativity through tasks based on our touring programme
- Sharing ideas and exploring the role of audience and performer
- Q and A with the dancers - ask questions, and find out more about dance, the dancers and what the company does
